How purchases work

144mboriginals.com is currently a shop window and enquiry site. Ready-made products link to the HandyEnough Etsy shop, where Etsy handles checkout, payment and the order record. Etsy's own buyer protections and marketplace terms may also apply to purchases made through Etsy.

Direct checkout is not currently available on this website. If a bespoke idea becomes a direct order, the product, price, delivery estimate, cancellation position and any design approval step will be confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.

Bespoke and personalised items

Bespoke requests may involve wording, names, dates, colours, sizes, product choices or other details supplied by you. Please check those details carefully before approving a design or order.

Once a personalised or custom-made item has been approved and sent to print, it usually cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded just because you change your mind, choose the wrong size or colour, or no longer want the design. This is because the item has been made to your specification and cannot reasonably be resold.

If you need to change a bespoke request, contact me as soon as possible. If production has not started, I will try to amend or cancel it. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty, incorrect, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact me or use the relevant Etsy order channel promptly with the order details and clear photos where useful. I will work through the appropriate repair, replacement or refund route in line with UK consumer rights and the platform or fulfilment process used for the order.

Nothing on this page limits your legal rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Ready-made items and change of mind

For non-personalised ready-made items bought online, UK distance selling rules may give you a limited cancellation period even when the item is not faulty. Where the purchase is made through Etsy, please follow the return or cancellation process shown on the Etsy order.

Delivery and fulfilment

Many products are produced using print-on-demand fulfilment, so production and delivery times can vary by product, destination and season. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless confirmed otherwise before order acceptance.

Design permissions

Please do not submit copyrighted artwork, trademarks, logos, characters or brand assets unless you have permission to use them. I may decline requests that appear to infringe another person's rights or that are not suitable for the brand.
